3. Custom & Personalized Orders
Cherllume specializes in made-to-order, personalized jewelry. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
No returns on custom orders. Because each piece is made specifically for you using your submitted photo or personalization details, all sales of custom products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items except in cases of verified defect or error on our part.
Photo Submission Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the quality and rights to any photo or image you submit. By submitting a photo, you represent that you have the right to use that image and grant Cherllume a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Order Approval. A digital proof or approval window may be provided before production begins. Once you approve — or if the approval window lapses without response — your order proceeds and cannot be modified.
